If you've been looking for a reason to slow down and put pen to paper — this is it. Whether you've never held a calligraphy pen before or you're ready to push your skills further, there's a workshop for you. All sessions are hands-on, intimate, and taught with the same precision Ebru brings to every letter she writes professionally.
Workshops are held in Istanbul. Private one-to-one sessions are also available — get in touch to arrange.
BEGINNER'S WORKSHOP
No experience needed. Just curiosity.
In this workshop you'll learn how to hold and control a pointed pen, how to work with ink, and how to build letters from their basic strokes — lines becoming letters, letters becoming words.
By the end of the session you'll have the foundation to keep practising independently, with any materials you choose.
Everything you need is included: pointed pen, nib, ink, and a practice workbook designed specifically for this workshop.
ADVANCED WORKSHOP
For those who have completed a beginner course — with Ebru or another instructor — or who have been practising independently and write with confidence.
In this workshop you'll explore uppercase letterforms, different calligraphy styles, and a variety of specialty inks. You'll leave with the skills to design compositions in your own style, across different paper colours and ink combinations.
Everything you need is included: a selection of nibs, papers of different colours and weights, and an advanced practice workbook.
CORPORATE WORKSHOPS
